马绍壮,博士,教授,澳大利亚昆士兰大学访问学者,广东外语外贸大学MBA教育中心主任助理。
马绍壮先后在英国莱斯特大学(University of Leicester)和葡萄牙里斯本工商大学(ISCTE Lisbon University Institute)获得硕士和博士学位,在International Journal of Human Resource Management (SSCI)等国内外学术刊物和学术会议发表论文10余篇。他的主要教学和研究兴趣工作情绪管理(情商),领导力开发,个人品牌与个人营销,人力资源管理制度比较,员工激励与挽留,员工测评和选拔。
马绍壮曾就职于中山大学从事MBA教学和项目管理7年。留学前,曾在某大型国企驻香港公司工作3年。
Ma shaozhuang, is an associate professor, and the assistant dean of MBA Education Center, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Dr. Ma earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Leicester, United Kingdom in February 2002, and a PhD from ISCTE Lisbon University Institute, a State-owned university in Portugal, in December 2007. As a visiting scholar, he visited the University of Queensland, a leading university in Australia for 6 months in year 2010.
Before joining Guangwai MBA in 2008, Dr. Ma worked with Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University, as the executive director of Lingnan MBA Center. He started his career in business organization, working in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, after graduating from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 1990s.
Dr. Ma’s research and teaching interest include Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence in Workplace, Personal Development, Employee Assessment and Selection, Employability, Employee Motivation & Retention and comparative HRM. He has published about these topics in the international journals such as
International Journal of Human Resource Management (SSCI), Chinese Economy, and Chinese journals.
